Next week is a big week for me.
From Monday my work is available to view in the newly established ‘Made in Kent’ art and crafts shop (pictured) located at 54 High Street in Gravesend’s old historic town centre in North Kent.
It’s great little shop full of gift ideas and nice items for the home and all profits go to mental health charity ‘Mind’. And the old town is a beautiful place to visit and spend a couple hours wandering around the cobbled streets.
Then from next Wednesday 20th join me at the Riverhill Himalayan Gardens ‘Festival of Bluebells’ which runs unril Sunday 24th April (10.30am – 5pm). The festival celebrates bluebells with walks in the wonderful Himalayan Gardens and an art exhibition and bluebell-inspired crafts in The Garden Room of Riverhill House. I will be exhibiting and selling limited edition prints and gift cards of ‘Amber’, once of my latest pieces I sold immediately she was finished. Therefore I produced ‘Amber II’ exclusively for the festival and the framed original along with limited edition prints of her will also be available.
I’m really honoured to have been invited and this unique attraction is a great day out especially at this wonderful time of the year as we welcome in Spring.
The Riverhill Himalayan Gardens are located just south of Sevenoaks in Kent. Click here for a map. Why not spend a couple of hours enjoying the bluebell festival and exhibition then drop into Sevenoaks town for its great variety of places to eat. Or discover one of the many historic pubs nearby.
