Framing your pet portrait is such a vital part of the portrait. Some people like to get them framed by me and others prefer to go to framers.
If you prefer to frame your pet portrait yourself I am happy to mount to a standard frame size so you can get a frame off the shelf to fit. I do, however, recommend you do go to a reputable framer to ensure longevity of your portrait. There is more to framing than you realise!
I use an online framer who makes all my frames made to measure and I use an acid free barrier between the pet painting and the backing board of the frame to make sure the acids in it don’t damage your pet portrait over time.
I have a huge selection of frames and mounts to choose from for your portrait so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need some advice.
