This beautiful cat, ‘Didz’, is primarily a house bound cat. However his owner wanted a cat portrait but set in the wild as a birthday present for his wife.

Working together to find the right solution for his pet portrait requirements I showed him a range of different rustic backgrounds. After some discussion he settled on a background of fields as that was the outlook from his house, albeit that Didz never ventured far from the warmth of the home.
We also chose the frame carefully together using a deep brown wood to bring out Didz’s coat as well as the lovely colours of the countryside.
This cat portrait is off to the post office this morning.
