Jojo turned out to be one of my more challenging dog portraits. Another surprise birthday present – for dad this time – and as with special occasion gifts this pet portrait commission had a tight deadline.
The client didn’t have a particularly good picture of Jojo initially but I said I could work with what they sent me adding that if they had any better image to send that too.
Anyway I started on the mock up of this beautiful black lab. And just as I was about to send it off for their approval they managed to catch Jojo in this great pose.
As I pride myself on working with my customers to deliver the best pet portrait I was more than happy to rework the mock-up to ensure their beloved dog portrait turned out like this. Again I recommended this particular frame to complimentary Jojo’s rich colours.
