Yup, I am. It has been a very intense 6 weeks, and it’s still not over. I think because I can sort of see the end in sight my body is winding down, but I need to give it one last hard slog over the next 10 days to get the last of my pet portraits finished.
Romeo will be packaged up to go to his new home today and posted tomorrow. Love that handsome boy.
I managed to finish of two more portraits yesterday. The triple horse portrait and my springer portrait. Both are Christmas gifts. I really love the fact I bring joy to so many people on Christmas day. Well I hope their gifts do hahaha.
Yesterday I started a montage of a cat called Pepper, can’t show it yet as not entirely sure how pleased I am with it. I hope I don’t have to restart.
Portraits left to complete for Christmas, two cat pen and watercolours, triple sheep portrait, Monty the cocker spaniel and this cat montage. Oh and two 1x1m canvasses. I think I might sleep the whole of Christmas!
