I think I mentioned before I have suffered anxiety and depression. This year it has been a bit of a struggle but things slowly have been improving. I love what I do and I would never change ainting peoples pets, but sometimes being on my own gives me too much time to think and that makes the whole thing worse.
I decided to do something for myself and I started Nordic Walking. It burns more calories than walking and tones more muscles. What is even better is I can do it while walking my dogs when they are off the lead. I have met a lovely group of people and the exercise is great for the mental side of things.
Don’t worry there is no end to the pet portraits, but it’s great to be doing something for me!
