It has been mainly a pen and watercolour sort of week. I finished the chocolate lab as you saw yesterday and I have also been working on two terrier crosses. I have emailed the client and I am waiting to hear whether I can mount them and package them up. They are a really sweet pair!
I managed to sketch out Romeo today too, but I have to put him on hold for the time being as my client wanted a blue mount and I am waiting for that to arrive to match the background with it. It won’t be an exact match, but I want to it to compliment it rather than work against it. I might start a bit of his portrait, but being as he is long haired it is easier to do the background first, so I probably won’t. I think I will move on to the jumping horse piece.

Mac’s portrait is now also framed and hopefully I can post at some point this week. I love the frame choice for his portrait, it works really well. What do you think?
