I recently asked one of my customers what drew her to buy a limited edition print of ‘On the Prowl’, from my big cat series -see below.
She replied along the lines of, “I know I can put this in any room in any house and it will always suit its surroundings and I would have to think seriously if I bought a different a different style and subject.”
That got me thinking about why wildlife art is so popular. Firstly I agree with my customer – the subject suits any room -but beautiful animals captured in a quality and appropriate frame are timeless and will never go out of fashion.
You can also create a nice theme either throughout a room or across your living rooms. That’s why I’ve produced a series of beautiful big cats from around the world which you can view here.
