Yesterday I worked some more on the double dog portrait, I shall take a photo when it brightens up and upload it so you can see. I am really pleased with how it is coming along.
Bailey’s owner came to pick up his portrait and he was delighted. I always get nervous handing paintings over. You would think after 13 years of doing it I wouldn’t be anymore. I think that when you take that much pride in you work it is hard not get nervous. I am a complete perfectionist.
Sam’s portrait got posted and he should be in his forever home today, I hope his owners are pleased.
Over the next week I have a staffie to paint, a Sharpei and a border terrier. Mainly dog portraits at the moment, I do have a horse portrait to start soon, I am looking forward to this beautiful eventing horse portrait.
